Atmus is pleased to announce the promotion of Keri Moenssen to Executive Director – Communications, effective immediately. In this role, Keri will oversee the company’s Corporate Communications function, which includes internal and executive communications, external communications and brand management, digital marketing and communication, as well as communications functional excellence.

With marketing and communications experience spanning over two decades, Keri has established a knack for aligning communications initiatives with strategic business goals, bringing brand and company purpose to life. Her early career spans marketing, product management and business development before she stepped into progressive marketing and communication roles at Cummins Inc. More recently, she served as Marketing Communications Director for Cummins Filtration before the company separated to form Atmus. She then broadened her portfolio to serve as Communications Director, guiding the company’s communication through a critical period of transition to a standalone, publicly traded company. This work included establishing the Atmus name, visual identity and brand story before stepping into this expanded role as Executive Director – Communications.

“Keri’s proven track record in creating and strengthening brands is just one of the many skillsets that position her for success in this role,” shared Rakesh Gangwani, Vice President of Strategy, Business Development and Communications at Atmus. “She also embodies our Atmus values – particularly show caring and be inclusive – which make her a respected, impactful leader for Atmus at this exciting time in our journey.”

Keri leads by inspiring and empowering, effortlessly blending care for her team members with encouragement and coaching to help them reach their full potential. As an inclusive leader, this extends beyond the walls of her direct team to the stakeholders she supports. In 2023, under Keri’s leadership, the Communications team was recognized with the first Atmus Inclusion Award.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University. Keri has remained learning-oriented throughout her career, and today is a member of the Arthur W. Page Society and was recently appointed to the National Advisory Council for the College of Charleston’s School of Communications.

We hope that you will join us in congratulating Keri on this promotion and follow along as she brings our Atmus brand and our purpose to life.
