To improve operational efficiency while driving sustainability, Atmus Suppliers should adhere to packaging requirements for both direct and indirect material. Understanding these requirements is critical to the success of our business and partnership.
As such, we require your compliance with current packaging solutions as indicated below:
Production Parts Suppliers
Production Parts Suppliers deliver first-fit parts to Atmus production sites. All suppliers must adhere to the Global Packaging Standard – Production Parts manual and Site-Specific Packaging Requirements. All Direct Material suppliers and Indirect Suppliers of Quality-Relevant materials must comply with the Global Packaging Standards for Production Parts.
Compliance with our packing requirements is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in a Material Non-Compliance (MNC) or a Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) report. Both reports may carry a financial impact to the supplier, as defined by the Atmus Quality Management System.
For further information please contact your Atmus Sourcing manager and your Atmus Supplier Quality Improvement Engineer.
