We are proud to announce the promotion of Arif Mujawar to Executive Director – Operations. With over 15 years of experience with the company, Arif will be responsible for overseeing Atmus' manufacturing sites, distribution centers and planning functions. Reporting directly to the Vice President – Supply Chain, Paul Massey, he will support critical work to advance the company's supply chain transformation journey. 

"I am honored to step into this new role and lead our operations at such an exciting time for Atmus,” Arif said when asked about his new role. “My focus will be on driving operational excellence to ensure our customers have the Fleetguard products they need while prioritizing the safety and well-being of our employees around the world." 

Arif began his career as an Industrial Engineer and advanced through various roles in supply chain, Six Sigma, program management and customer/sales support, gaining extensive knowledge of the company's operations and business. In his most recent position as Plant Director at Atmus' Cookeville, Tennessee (U.S.) manufacturing facility, Arif drove significant operational performance improvements all while building trust with stakeholders and showing care for the team and their operations.   

Arif holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Indiana University. His diverse experience, coupled with his strong commitment to driving accountability, recognition and collaboration, positions him well for success in this role.
